LIQUID METAL SPECIALISTThe Pacific Northwest's

After testing dozens of alloy combinations and chemical interactions, I have the insight and intuition to help you coordinate metal samples with your finishes.
-
Combining alloys lends itself to an infinite range of color, offering cohesion within any design.
Textured looks extend well beyond the range of acid etched surfaces.
I utilize clear coat sealers not offered by many fabrication companies. I will guide you through these selections to ensure your finish stands the test of time and environment.
-
Color matching is my specialty. I develop metal finishes to mirror existing hardware or metal accents.
If you are a certified VeroMetal application specialist, I can match samples and develop formulas for you.

What is Liquid Metal?
“Liquid Metal” is a live, cold metal finish, not paint.
The alloys are refined into a powder, allowing the particles to be suspended in a binder at distinct ratios.
While curing, the weight disparity results in the metal depositing directly onto the surface, while the binder remains at the top layer, ready for removal.
After the binder is removed, the metal is exposed and processed to a desired result using various abrasives and polishing techniques.
The metal can then be refined further, patinated and sealed, or left raw to continue oxidizing in the elements naturally.
Alloys in the arsenal include: Copper, Bronze, Brass, Manganese, Zinc, Gold, Brown Brass, Nickel Silver, Aluminum, White Bronze, Gunsmoke, Iron
The finish is interior and exterior rated and can be applied to virtually any prepared surface.
Notable applications include:
Metal millwork like cabinetry, vent hoods, kitchen islands. Architectural accents such as, fireplace cladding, wall paneling, backsplashes, countertops, exterior/interior doors. Gallery level furniture, artistic sculptures, instruments, auto parts.
The potential is as vast as your imagination.
